Job Description:

Job responsibilities include -

1. Monitoring in process and final Quality.

2. Improving Quality of incoming, incoming in process and outgoing products.

3. Data and defect trend analysis.

4. Root cause analysis, minimizing the fixed and variable causes of defects.

5. Solving product Quality problems by SQC methods.

6. Providing support to manufacturing for timely inspection of products.

7. Analysing and eliminating customer complaints by using 8-D approach.

8. Inprocess and final shipment audits.

9. Establishing right quality management systems for effective product quality.

10. Resolving customer complaints

11. Coordinating with ASME AI for inspection on the shoploor and addessing AI quality concerns

13. Quality improvement and cost saving initiatives.

14. Coordinating the third party inspection visits on the shopfloor.

15. Participate in the team efforts to identify the root causes and its implementation for product rework, rejections or customer complaints.

16. Monitor the Quaity Management Systems on the production shopfloor

17.  Identify the potential quality problems and take corrective actions proactively.

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience:  Minimum 4-6 Yrs. in Quality Assurance

The position involves working in 3 shifts.
