Quality Engineer

1.    Reporting to the quality supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for products quality improvement, new product development and evaluation.
2.    Responsible for on-site inspection/audit to ensure product conformity with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
3.    Conduct investigation, improvement, analysis of root cause, preventive and corrective action for solving quality problems
4.    Perform investigation, data analysis and trouble-shooting on production process
5.    Handle claims and inspection activities with internal department and suppliers
6.    Prepare and evaluate new development samples, ensure the APQP process with smooth move
7.    Coordinate with internal departments on customer complaints related to quality matters.
8.    Prepare OTS/PPAP package doc, safe launch plan & product audit instruction
9.    Implement and improve process quality control standards, accurate standardized inspection or control (updater SIP, boundary sample, organize inspection for sample of new parts).
10.    Responsibility of leading and driving internal final reject ppm (outgoing inspection) continuous improvement, weekly & monthly report on evolution and action plan.
11.    Control implementation of ECN in process.
12.    Provide on-job training for quality standard, quality concept
13.    On-time trouble shooting for line quality issue, internal 8D leader & handle customer complaints and 8D response to closure.
14.    Deal with nonconformity products in process
15.    Optimize Control Plan & inspection standard & SPC data maintenance
16.    Customer communication
17.    Coordinate 8D report for customer complaint and follow up closure of C/A during PPAP & mass production phase
18.    Receive customer audit and conduct process audit;
19.    Visit customer if request.
