Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. You focus on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include performing ongoing testing activities that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Engaging in code reviews and tracking defects are key parts of your role, all aimed at fostering continuous improvement in testing processes from start to finish.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities Transforming business needs into Salesforce implementations. Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices. Ensure the best possible quality of the application. Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging. Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields. Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations. Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development. Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits). Preferred skills and qualifications 2+ years of Salesforce development experience Proven experience as a Salesforce

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality software products.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for prompt resolution.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to perform comprehensive security and regression testing.
- Familiarity with API testing and environment configuration management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
