YOUR ROLE

The Quality Coordinator ensures that plastic injection molding and assembly processes meet quality standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring production, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Lead quality engineers to obtain an effective support to processes and customers.

  • Coordinate corrective actions for high impact reports and customers.

  • Review  in-process and final inspections for molded and assembled parts. Monitor compliance with specifications and visual standards.

  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Maintain quality records and documentation (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans). Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Support internal and external audits.

  • Drive defect reduction and process optimization initiatives.

  • First Time Quality - Parts that meet quality standards without rework.

  • Scrap Rate Reduction - Tracks reduction in defective parts and material waste. Customer Complaints - Monitors external quality performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Quality or Manufacturing. English advanced level.

  • Minimum 5 years in quality assurance within plastic injection, assembly or similar position Proficient in measurement tools and quality systems.

  • Familiarity with SPC and problem-solving tools

  • Statistical analysis techniques

  • Training & Awareness Sessions Conducted - Promotes continuous improvement and quality culture.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving

  • Effective communication and teamwork
