Responsible for completing product quality checks. Conducts routine testing and analysis of production work. Quality checks are typically reviewed for accuracy. Documents quality control issues as needed. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision.

Responsible for completing product quality checks. Conducts routine testing and analysis of production work. Quality checks are typically reviewed for accuracy. Documents quality control issues as needed. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Inspect outsourced monuments for engraving accuracy, dimensions, finish quality, and structural integrity.

· Review proofs and verify all artwork, lettering, and dates.

· Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

· Identify and correct production issues.

· Train and support production staff on quality standards

· Handle quality-related customer concerns.

· Document and develop monument design standards.

· Audit monument design and maintain performance KPI’s.

· Work with the design and sales team as needed.

· Participate and lead problem solving efforts related to monument quality.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years’ experience in monument operations, design, stone fabrication, or manufacturing environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Knowledge of granite design, finishing and engraving processes preferred.

· Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
