What you have:

High school diploma (or equivalency)
-
Previous experience in a quality role a manufacturing environment
-
Experience with re-purposing off-quality material (preferred)
-
Knowledge of non-woven PET products and properties (preferred)
-
Good time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
-
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (frequent walking, bending, pushing/pulling, and continuous standing)
What you’ll do:

Plans re-inspection line activities to meet business goals
-
Inspect and disposition non-conforming material daily; properly status off-quality material so it is process in the most effective way

Assist with quality testing and equipment calibration
-
Manage and lead other employees, including providing coaching and training when needed

Maintain records, reports and other documentation
-
Remain safety-focused
