Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive testing activities, validating AI outputs, identifying defects, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards before production release.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate AI and Agentic AI outputs against business requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• Execute both manual and automated testing where applicable.
• Verify application performance, usability, reliability, and security.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before production deployment.
• Prepare test reports, defect reports, and QA documentation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve product quality continuously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience in manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Experience validating AI or Generative AI applications is a plus.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
