Quality Assurance Executive (Carlist.my)

Job Purpose:

• To ensure published listings are compliant to listing guideline;
• Moderate newly created / edited listings within the agreed SLA for both post and pre moderation;

Job Responsibilities:

• Moderate listings as per the guideline (picture angles, description and average demand price)
• Monitor live listings to identify obsolete listings and delete accordingly
• Keep track of new car launches for all models and update the details in the portal
• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure dealers comply to the listing guideline
• Manage variant code (vehicle code) with Redbook to ensure all models are available in the portal for listing creation

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Knowledge of various car makes/brands
• Interest to learn more about Malaysia’s automotive industry
• Extremely high standards of accuracy and time management
• Able to support the moderation process during weekends and/or public holidays on a rotation basis
• Able to communicate well with internal stakeholders
• Maintain absolute integrity and confidentiality; To do what is right in any situation
