YOUR IMPACT:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality software by ensuring applications meet functional and quality standards before release. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, design comprehensive test scenarios, execute manual and automated tests, identify defects, and support their resolution. Your contributions will help improve product quality while promoting best testing practices across the development lifecycle.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Prepare and maintain test data required for functional and regression testing.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and document test results.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve product issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain Selenium-based automation scripts.
• Provide regular status updates to the QA Lead on testing progress and risks.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Work in an Agile development environment with opportunities to learn emerging technologies, including AI-driven testing approaches.

What you will need to succeed:

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong experience in web application testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium test automation.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management.
• Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality software within project timelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience using AI tools to improve testing productivity.
• Knowledge of Generative AI or Agentic AI concepts.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of Java or another programming language.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
