Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Guatemala City, Guatemala (On-Site)

Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $1,500 USD per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement within a fast-paced operational environment.

The ideal candidate has experience performing quality audits, analyzing KPIs, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and monitor operational performance
• Track and analyze quality KPIs and performance metrics
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions
• Assist with the development and maintenance of quality standards and procedures
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and established procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or currently completing the final semesters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst, QA Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience conducting quality audits and process evaluations
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and KPI analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a BPO or shared services environment
• Experience supporting operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with process mapping and quality improvement methodologies
• Experience preparing executive reports and performance dashboards
