- Practical working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 advantageous).
- Experience with SHEQX or similar Quality Management software.
- Proven ability to coordinate operational processes and maintain system accuracy.
- Experience managing customer enquiries, order progress and issue resolution.
OPERATIONAL & ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Drive and maintain compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Conduct internal quality, process and stock audits in accordance with the audit schedule.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and ensure close-out.
- Liaise with Production, Sales and Support departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all production jobs are receipted accurately and within required timeframes.
- Maintain ERP system integrity by ensuring accurate master data and transactional processing.
- Initiate and coordinate weekly cycle counts while investigating and resolving stock variances.
- Monitor housekeeping standards in accordance with company and ISO requirements.
- Compile and distribute regular ISO performance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and quality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant Quality Management, Operations or Supply Chain qualification will be advantageous.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification would be advantageous.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
To maintain and continuously improve the Company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System while supporting operational excellence through effective process control, system integrity, stock accuracy and cross-functional collaboration. The role ensures compliance with quality standards and drives continuous improvement across the business.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
ISO 9001 Compliance & Quality Management
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ensure internal audits, corrective actions and document control are completed on schedule.
Operational Process Control
- Ensure accurate and timely receipting of production jobs.
- Monitor operational procedures and recommend process improvements.
Inventory Accuracy & System Integrity
- Coordinate weekly cycle counts.
- Investigate stock variances and maintain ERP system accuracy.
Audit, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct internal process, stock and policy audits.
- Prepare management reports and drive corrective actions to completion.
Cross-Functional Support & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement and Support departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate quality performance, audit findings and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
