QC Inspector

Job Purpose & Scope 

Responsible for preparing, inspecting, and delivering raw materials and products for testing and analysis according to the established test plans, including collecting inspection results of raw materials and in-process products through to packaging, and ensuring delivery to customers in accordance with specified standards.

• Management and maintenance of QA tools and equipment

• Testing and analysis execution and monitoring

• Inspection result reporting and communication

• Quality consultation and support for internal and external customers

Key Responsibilities & Job Content

• Responsible for inspecting raw materials and products in accordance with specified requirements and standards.

• Prepare, maintain, and inspect QA tools and equipment to ensure they are always in proper working condition.

• Arrange and submit raw materials and/or products for testing or analysis according to the established test plans.

• Collect and report inspection results of raw materials and products to the supervisor as required.

• Provide guidance and consultation on raw material and product inspection to both internal and external customers.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and complete them within the specified timeline.
