Pay Range: $46,890.00 – $57,830.00

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform quality control testing and sampling of raw materials, aggregates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Monitor production processes and communicate results to support operational efficiency and product quality.

  • Accurately document, analyze, and report test data in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment to ensure reliable results.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.

What Are We Looking For

  • Knowledge of quality control principles, laboratory testing procedures, and data collection practices.

  • Ability to interpret specifications, analyze results, and make sound recommendations based on findings.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and safety.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across departments.

  • Proficiency using computer applications, testing equipment, and recordkeeping systems.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all applicable company policies and safety requirements.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
