About the Role:

This is a key position in the Quality team. The QC Artist will be responsible for delivering the bug free assets of projects for the Japan market on individual basis. The role requires a basic knowledge of 3D designing tools. The QC Artist will report to the Quality Control - Lead.

Requirements

Skill Required:

  • Knowledge of Maya, 3DS MAX, Z brush, Marmoset and Motion builder.
  • Need to have good knowledge of Game engines like Unity and Unreal engine.
  • Proficient in creating and updating QC checklists.
  • Good understanding of corresponding process in production pipeline i.e. texturing and Rigging.
  • Good Knowledge of animation testing.
  • Self-motivation and good communications skills.
  • Candidates should be able to work with minimal input and be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Superior eye for light, shade, color, and detail in testing painted and realistic texture maps for characters, environments and vehicle.
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy, proportions and perspective.
  • The ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of 3D Modeling and UV unwrapping.
  • Can carry the vision for a level / game till completion and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop & Substance painter.
  • Knowledge of Blender would be a plus.
