QAQC Engineer - Trackwork/Railway

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for trackwork and railway projects.
• Conduct inspections and tests on trackwork components and railway systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain the company's quality management system for trackwork and railway projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance specific to trackwork and railway projects.
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall trackwork and railway quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering
• Good understanding in ISO standard for ISO 9000, 14000, and18000
• Railway project experience is a plus.
