About the team
Monetization Integrity Ops plays a critical role in supporting TikTok's Trust & Safety objectives. Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality content moderation at optimal cost, ensuring minimal exposure of both the platform and advertisers to high-risk content.

Responsibilities
- QA Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA analysts and specialists, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture
- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
- Manage capacity, workload allocation, and shift coverage to ensure consistent quality output across regions
- Quality Assurance Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end QA strategy for moderation outcomes, including audit sampling, calibration, and quality scoring methodologies
- Define and maintain QA standards, rubrics, and SOPs aligned with policy and business requirements
- Drive consistency and accuracy of QA evaluations across markets and vendor sites
- Data-Driven Quality & Analytics
- Build and maintain QA dashboards, scorecards, and reporting cadences for leadership visibility
- Analyze defect trends, error patterns, and root causes to identify systemic quality gaps
- Translate insights into actionable improvement plans and influence prioritization decisions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Policy, Operations, Training, and WFM teams to drive quality improvements and close feedback loops
- Align regional and global stakeholders on consistent QA execution and shared quality KPIs
- Represent the QA function in governance forums and business reviews
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) initiatives for recurring quality issues
- Identify automation and tooling opportunities to scale QA efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, calibration, and operational excellence within the team

Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Governance, Quality Assurance, Operations Management, or related functions, with at least 1 year in a people management or team lead role
- Proven track record leading and developing QA teams in a high-volume operations or content and advertiser moderation environment
- Strong expertise in risk governance and detection methodologies, audit sampling, calibration, and quality assurance frameworks
- Demonstrated experience using data and dashboards to drive quality decision-making and influence stakeholders
- Experience presenting QA performance and insights to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach team members and influence without authority; high oral and written proficiency in Mandarin is required as this role will cover Mandarin-speaking markets
