QA/QC Assistance

Job Description Summary :

Maintain and monitoring the workshop operation at selected unit transport in order to achieve targeted truck fleet available requirement for estate, mill and bulking requirement.

Job Description :

• Ensure each stage of the QA/QC process complies with established standards and conduct periodic reviews to maintain consistency.

• Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements.

• Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate compliance and the effectiveness of procedures.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system improvement.

• Design periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and skills related to quality standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and efficiency.

Job requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and quality management systems.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong data analysis skills and effective communication abilities to motivate the team.
• Willing to be assigned to any company work location.
