QA/QC Assistance

Job Description Summary:

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and systems

Job Description:

• Ensure all QA/QC process stages comply with established standards.
• Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to maintain process consistency and effectiveness.
• Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements.
• Encourage team input to improve efficiency and effectiveness of procedures.
• Perform routine internal audits to evaluate compliance and procedural effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous system improvement.
• Design and implement periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and competence regarding quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and Quality Management Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services industries, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to motivate and lead teams.
• Willing to be assigned to all company work locations.
• Employment Status: Permanent.
