Accountabilities

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test planning to execution, defect management, product release, and post-launch validation.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated and manual test plans, test cases, and testing frameworks to ensure consistent software quality.
• Configure and manage testing environments involving technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, and blockchain-based systems.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, security, black-box, and white-box testing across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams to improve product quality, usability, and implementation strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes and automation practices.
• Stay informed about emerging QA technologies, automation techniques, and AI-driven testing approaches to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in QA automation or software testing within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python, with hands-on experience using modern test automation frameworks.
• Experience testing web, desktop, and mobile applications, including knowledge of mobile performance testing, stress testing, rendering analysis, startup performance, and network simulation.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Proven ability to create detailed test strategies, execute complex testing scenarios, and identify root causes of software issues.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and practical experience applying modern AI models within testing or development workflows is highly desirable.
• Experience with additional development or automation tools is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across distributed technical teams.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders.
