QA Engineer and Architect

The role

Regatta develops a distributed database from scratch. The database among others includes a rich unified data model. We are looking for a QA engineer and architect to join the company, and to play a leading role in testing and ensuring the quality of Regatta’s modern database. You will work in tight cooperation with the various engineering teams that develop the core product capabilities. The role requires the candidate to work as an architect and as an individual contributor, and to do hands-on work. Naturally, the candidate should have a high level of personal drive and ambition.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience working as a QA engineer
• Proven experience running and testing complex infrastructure clustered products in large-scale cloud environments
• Experience in SQL/Databases
• Experience in QA methodologies
• Experience with scripting in a Linux environment
• Has an academic degree with high grades in any of these fields: Computer Science, Physics, Industrial engineering, Practical Math, or similar
• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Is both analytical and an executor, works in a systematic and orderly manner.
