Purchasing Coordinator

• To coordinate with Department Supervisors on the requested parts/supplies specifications.

• To do canvassing of all parts requested with close coordination from Department Supervisors  (Motorpool, Production, Admin offices).

• To pick-up of spare parts of other materials needed for operations by using available company services such as motorcycle or other 4 wheels vehicles.

• To prepare cash request for all PR/PO and other related transaction and secure approval of authorities.

• To submit approved cash request to Treasury and follow cash liquidation process

• Other tasks as assigned by the Local Purchasing Head

• With at least 2 year course diploma or 2nd yr. college level of any related field

• MS Excel skills should be very good to highly skilled

• Have good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills (with both peers and Supervisors)

• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as and when assigned

• MALE APPLICANTS ONLY

• With valid Driver's License (ESSENTIAL) and with ability to drive at least Manual Motorcycle
