Responsibilities:

• Manage material disposition activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely execution and follow-up of purchase orders until completion.
• Handle purchasing of finished goods and packaging materials for merchandise operations.
• Review and approve supplier invoices, including quantity and price discrepancy validations.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock redistribution across EU warehouses.
• Perform goods receipt and goods issue postings in SAP for warehouse and direct delivery operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and stock reconciliation.

• Manage order-based purchasing and direct delivery transactions involving intercompany entities and third parties.
• Coordinate triangular shipment processes and validate related supplier invoices.

• Organize and coordinate physical inventory activities with subcontractors.
• Prepare and support SAP inventory booking and reconciliation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree /equal qualification related field.
• Experience in Purchasing & Inventory Management.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential

Hands on experiences in SAP HANA is an added advantage.
