YOUR MISSION

マーケットプレイス・エグゼクティブは、複数のマーケットプレイスにおける計画や運用を通じて、Puma Japanの売上に貢献します。マーケットプレイスのアカウントエグゼクティブとして、販売、プロモーション、オペレーションの計画を担当し、マーケットプレイスチャネルとの関係構築や継続的な運用の最適化に責任を持ちます。

・KPIのモニタリングと最適化

The Marketplace Executive is responsible for supporting the growth and operations of Puma Japan across various online marketplaces. This role manages planning and execution of marketplace sales, promotional activities, and the ongoing optimization of digital partnerships in the Japan region. The position also focuses on building effective collaborations with local digital platforms and services and explores new commerce business models.

• Develop and implement marketplace strategies to achieve business objectives
• Plan and execute sales and promotional campaigns for each marketplace
• Lead digital promotions and manage digital marketing, including SEO
• Prepare and distribute eNewsletters tailored to each marketplace
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators
• Provide regular analysis and reporting to inform business decisions

YOUR TALENT

• ファッションアパレル業界でのマーケットプレイス運営経験1～2年
• デジタル広告の管理経験
• 販売・プロモーションの計画および分析経験HTMLの経験MS Excelの上級スキル（SUMIF、VLOOKUP、COUNTIF、ピボットテーブル等）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
