In this role, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming hospital environment through proactive patrols, emergency response, conflict de-escalation, and exceptional customer service. As a trusted member of the healthcare team, you'll respond to security concerns, assist patients and visitors, support emergency preparedness efforts, and help foster a culture of safety and compassion throughout the hospital.
