Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a positive public image for our company. This position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance and media impact.
• Coordinate and support events, press conferences, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to craft compelling press releases and media content.
• Experience with media monitoring tools and PR analytics is preferred.
