Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating delivery of information (e.g., newsletters, social media, reports) to EMS providers, hospitals, agencies, and the public.
- Manage OEHS website content.
- Administering and managing REDCap surveys and reports to support program evaluation.
- Monitoring and improving financial processes; assisting with budget planning and reconciliation.
- Drafting contracts and ensuring deliverables and payment timelines are clearly defined.
- Assisting with the writing and coordination of grant applications and funding proposals.
- Supporting the management of program advisory boards and public meetings.
- Tracking inventory, managing equipment and vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with retention policies.
- Assisting in performance measurement reporting, RFP/RFQ development, and regulatory updates.
- Assist with EMS Licensing needs.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in public or business administration, accounting, or any discipline related to the work assigned. One year of experience in administrative, business management or technical support work including collecting and interpreting statistical, financial, program, or administrative data; or interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and processes. Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- 2 years of experience supporting or managing program budgets or financial tracking.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro (including custom form creation), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of public administration, budgeting, procurement, and performance tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in using data to support decision-making and reporting.
- Proven ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Comfortable working with confidential or sensitive information in a professional manner.
