Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations and maintenance of Public Areas
• Manage the performance of Public Areas Attendants and Public Areas Technical Team, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to Hotel guests, members and other customers
• Coordinate, assign, supervise and check the daily performance of public area attendants
• Inspect Public Areas and back-of-house areas routinely throughout the day as per established department standards, consistent with the MGM Company’s standards and brand attributes
• Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts; adjust schedules if necessary to meet business demands

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment
• Possess working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, English being an advantage
