Job description

Position Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and compassionate psychologist with specialized expertise in psychometric evaluations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, interpreting results, and providing insightful recommendations for pre-employment screening. This role also includes contributing to organizational mental health initiatives through workshops, case discussions, and content creation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, score, and interpret psychometric tests.
  • Conduct thorough clinical interviews to gather relevant background information and assess presenting concerns.
  • Prepare comprehensive and detailed psychological evaluation reports that integrate test results, clinical observations, and background information.
  • Create and participate in talks and workshops on various mental health topics for employees or clients.
  • Create Mental Health posts for internal distribution.
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhere to all applicable privacy regulations.
  • Ensure on-time submission of psychometric evaluations and reports.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Master’s degree (Exequatur by Law)
  • Advanced knowledge of psychometric testing
  • 1 year of experience in the Clinical Psychology field
