Psychiatric Mental Health NP (inpatient) - FMP

​Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status exams and diagnostic interviews.
• May provide support for behavioral health emergency services
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• 2+ years' experience in an inpatient setting preferred
• Provide support services to the IOP and PHP programs
• EMR: EPIC
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the psychiatrist and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
