Are you an experienced Provider Relations Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you have experience communicating with providers from a call center environment? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Hours for this Position: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Pay Rate: $15/hr- $16.25/hr, based on experience

Job Duties:

• Build and nurture positive relationships between the health plan, providers (physician, hospital, ancillary, etc.), and practice managers.
• May also be involved in identifying and remediating claims.
• Assist with the full range of provider relations and service interactions, including working on end-to-end provider claim and call quality and training and development of external provider education programs.

• 2+ years of healthcare exp as a Provider Relation Reps or ‘intake position’ (Call Center)
• MUST understand credentialing/claims process
• STRONG computer skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid
• Strong attention to details & Presentation skills!
