Responsibilities:

• Manufactures prototypes and samples to meet customer requirements

• Prepares and maintains process documents for prototype manufacturing

• Assists Process Engineers in developing initial production processes

• Handles troubleshooting and assists in the implementation of solutions regarding tooling, process, and equipment

• Utilizes project management tools to drive and track progress

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work shifts
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment

Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
