Protégé Agency Sales Producer

The David Pniewski Farmers Agency is an award winning agency located in Downtown Farmington. We are currently seeking a Protégé Agency Sales Producer to mentor and develop into a future Farmers Agency Owner.

The Protégé Agency Producer Program: (This is an Agency Owner Opportunity)

• You work directly with a successful Farmers Agency Owner.
• This is a mentor based training program in conjunction with University of Farmers training curriculum.
• Best way to become a successful Insurance Agency Owner is to be mentored by one.
• Earn while you Learn program (Base, plus commission and performance incentives)
• Successful Protégé Candidates must complete all training requirements and achieve a minimum performance standards within a 24 month period in order to be qualify for an agency owner appointment with Farmers Insurnace.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with good communication skills and proven sales experience to will be considered for this one of a kind agency owner protégé program.
