Property Law Graduate

Job Summary

The Property Law Graduate will support the legal team in handling property-related matters, gaining practical experience in conveyancing and property transactions. This entry-level role is designed for recent law graduates or early-career lawyers who want to develop expertise in property law under the supervision of qualified solicitors or conveyancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of property-related legal documents, including contracts, leases, transfers, and deeds.
• Conduct research on property law, regulations, and compliance issues.
• Support conveyancing and property transaction processes by gathering necessary documents and performing due diligence.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders to obtain information and updates.
• Maintain accurate records, case files, and document management systems.
• Draft correspondence and legal memos under supervision.
• Assist in resolving legal queries related to property, land, and real estate transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with property law developments, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide general administrative support to the property law team as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent law degree
• Admission to practice (if applicable) is an advantage but not mandatory
• Internship or work experience in a law firm, legal department, or property-related role is desirable
