Property Consultant

About the Role

Zameen.com is seeking ambitious, customer-focused, and result-oriented Property Consultants to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through property investment decisions, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective consultation and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through company-provided channels and personal networking.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and investment goals.
• Provide professional consultation on residential and commercial property opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and property owners.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay informed about market trends, project updates, and competitor activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
