We're looking for a motivated Project Support Representative to become a key part of our construction equipment, tool rental, and industrial supply team. You'll be the person who helps keep jobsites running by coordinating equipment, supporting customers, solving challenges, and making sure contractors have what they need—when they need it.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different! Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to contractors and project teams.
• Preparing competitive quotes for equipment rentals, tools, and construction supplies.
• Processing customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Coordinating deliveries, pickups, transfers, and transportation logistics.
• Locating equipment and materials through internal inventory and supplier networks.
• Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate rental and sales records.
• Preparing invoices for rentals, equipment, consumables, freight, and related services.
• Troubleshooting customer concerns and finding solutions that keep projects on schedule.
• Working closely with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and yard teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Supporting Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) initiatives and maintaining required documentation.
• Managing multiple priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In:

• Construction equipment rental
• Tool rental
• Heavy equipment
• Industrial or construction supply sales
• Logistics or dispatch
• Construction, manufacturing, or industrial customer service

Education & Experience

One of the following is preferred:

• Associate degree or technical/business degree with related experience; or
• Equivalent work experience in customer service, logistics, equipment rental, industrial supply, or construction support.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
• Must know Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Occasional visits to warehouse or jobsite locations requiring PPE such as safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection, and safety footwear.
