To support colleagues impacted by restructuring and interested in remaining with Pfizer, the Candidate Experience team has a proactive internal talent redeployment strategy to support colleagues whose roles have been impacted by leveraging AI in job matching. 

To participate simply, 

1) apply to this requisition before your last day with Pfizer system access. 

• Answer 'Yes' to the question - “Has your role been impacted”  (Europe only: you can answer Yes too if your role has been mentioned at risk of being impacted)

• Upload a current resume and that includes your personal email.

• Keep your Workday profile up to date — it helps find the best-fit jobs for you.

2) Proactively apply to all openings of interest and for which you are qualified 

• Monitor the internal career site (or https://pfizer.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/InternalJobs - this link can be accessed from a personal device) 

• Create job alerts
