Project/Product Manager

ABLSoft is a Cloud-based financial software company that provides a state-of-the-art commercial lending platform for banks, boutique commercial lenders and the alternative lending market.  This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-driven, passionate individual to get in on the ground floor, get exposure to all aspects of a SaaS software development cycle, and play an integral role in evolving the company.

The ideal Implementation Project/Product Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and take pride in working directly with customers as well as internal cross-functional teams.  Responsibilities will include client installations, training, special projects and general technical support.  Become a product expert and play a key role in driving our cloud-based software business forward.

• Drive custom software projects including defining customer requirements, working with engineering, testing new features, and managing customer relationship.
• Work closely with sales to support customer relationships, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; provide user feedback back to the product team for future development.
• Develop content for Web site, datasheets, online knowledgebase and online demo videos.

Key Job Requirements

·       BA/BS degree or equivalent

• Customer-focused orientation with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Tech savvy; motivated to master all aspects of our software.

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Excellent organization and project management skills

Desired Skills & Experience                 

·       2-3 year of product support / testing / technical writing experience in an enterprise software product

·       Computer science and/or finance background a plus
