Project Planner

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in alignment with project scopes and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather information and update schedules regularly.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks and delays.
• Provide timely reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and planning to support project requirements.
• Utilize project management software to track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with project management best practices and methodologies.
• Certification in project planning or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) is a plus.
