Project Managers

Berachah Nig. Ltd a division of covenant consultative group with a chain of multi billion naira projects across Nigeria requires the services of dynamic and result oriented professionals to fill the following vacancies in the company.

 

Shall be responsible to the General Manager (design and construction)

Shall be the head of all technical and field activities of the organization.

Shall be responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction activities in all sites.

Shall coordinate the activities of all the technical units of the organization both all the offices and suites.

Shall draw up programs of work, construction milestone and target, internal and external contractual documentation, certification, project status report etc, for the action and approval of the General Manager for implementation

BSC/B.Eng/HND in either civil engineering, architecture or quantity surveyor with a master degree in Humanitarian/Management field.

Cognate experience of 15 years in a construction outfit including 5 years in top managerial positions.

Must be registered with the relevant professional bodies

Must have a verifiable good track record of managerial skill in construction work.

Must have good interpersonal skills and influence with the ability to coordinate various activities at a time with minimum or no supervision.

Must be energetic and willing to work at any location of our project sites of offices.

Must be computer literate with the ability to use basic computer software possession of higher degree in management filed shall be an added advantage.
