Project Manager - US based SaaS Company

The People Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join a dynamic US-based SaaS company. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects align with business goals and client expectations. This position is crucial in coordinating teams and resources to achieve project milestones while fostering communication across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the prior experience in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics, Commerce)
• 2+ years of prior work experience in preferably in fast paced environments (management consulting, leading startups)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage timelines, identify risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with collaboration software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in software development processes and lifecycle is an asset
• Familiarity with client relationship management and customer success strategies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Must be available to work in the EST or PST time zones.

Benefits

Fixed monthly pay-out within the range of INR 13-16lpa depending on expertise, tech-stack, and skill set.
