Your Role

  • Understand and analyze customer requirements regarding the metrology and inspection workflows of semiconductor devices

  • Manage internal projects targeting applications and solutions development for problems related to semiconductor metrology and inspection

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and tool allocation for demonstrations.

  • Coordinate the technology demonstration process, ensuring all necessary resources and tools are available and effectively utilized.

  • Manage external partners, to support application development.

  • Collaborate with the team to prepare detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and customer feedback.

  • Present project outcomes and reports to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

  • Work closely with other project managers within the organization, e.g. in R&D.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering or semiconductor manufacturing or material science or related fields.
  • A good degree of understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing industry and their processes
  • Experience working with SEM technology
  • Being familiar with modern 3D NAND; DRAM and logic architecture brings a clear advantage
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Office presence at least 3 days per week or more depending on business needs.
  • Some degree of international travel will be required.
  • Fluent in English
