Skeleton is looking for a driven and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to join our Project Management team.

You will be responsible for managing the technical and commercial definition and execution of projects  You will also have the unique opportunity to collaborate and coordinate the technical and commercial activities with a global Skeleton development and sales teams as well as coordinate activities directly with customers. 

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from tendering to completion. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships with clear communication
  • Gather requirements and define project scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate teams and vendors, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth execution
  • Track performance, manage risks and changes, and escalate issues as needed
  • Continuously develop leadership skills and support overall project delivery, including other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of Project Management related experiences in a Manufacturing or Technology company.
  • Excellence interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills, including attention to detail and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Good awareness of both Waterfall and Agile project management techniques and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • You work well independently, are comfortable in taking decisions and are a reliable colleague.
  • PMP or similar certification will give you an extra edge.
