Job description

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain the schedule for provider workflow initiatives, including key milestones and dependencies across the program.
  • Plan and manage resource and demand needs across the program, partnering with delivery teams to ensure the right resources are in place at the right time.
  • Own budget management for the program, tracking spend against plan and flagging discrepancies or risks early.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across business and technical teams, keeping leadership and delivery teams aligned.
  • Support governance activities, including recurring status/steering meetings, capturing decisions, and tracking action items.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks and issues across the program, driving them to resolution.
  • Produce regular status reporting on progress, milestones, issues, and risks for leadership visibility.

Who You Are

Required

  • Strong project management experience leading complex programs, including project scheduling, resource and demand planning, budget management, stakeholder communication, governance, risk management, and status reporting.

Preferred

  • Experience working with Availity.
  • Experience with provider-facing workflows.
