Position: Project manager (Functional)

Job Summary

• Organize, manage, and communicate phases and tasks for the entire project workstream

Essential Job Functions

• Sufficient technological knowledge
• Ensure team has clear actions and goals for work completion
• Coordinate and communicate work streams to team members
• Organize meetings
• Ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Deliver executive status reports and program reporting to broader team

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate
• Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans and communicate to the team

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred
• Management consulting experience
• Digital media product/project experience preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies
