Project Manager - Experience Design (6 Month Project)

Müller’s Solutions is looking for an innovative and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Experience Design. In this role, you will lead projects that focus on creating exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure that projects align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of experience design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment between design outputs and client expectations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly within user experience or design projects.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
• Experience in agile methodologies is preferred.
