Project Manager DTSC with DoD Secret Clearance

Overview

VETS, Inc., is looking to add an experienced Project Manager with an active DoD Secret clearance to our growing team. This is a full time, permanent position with full benefits, working on-site at Scott AFB.

 

Responsibilities

The successful project manager is responsible for managing all contractor employees in this task order and will communicate directly with the Government COR to provide updates on any system down time, high-priority service requests, issues with application functionality, and any other contact with Government agencies. Our PM will also proactively communicate any issues that pose operational risks to the SRC to the COR. The PM has a direct line of communication to the SDDC COR, as well as direct executive reach back and support. Directly under our PM, we will have a full-time, dedicated HDM, who will have a Help Desk Institute (HDI) HDM certification, as well as the Tier 1 OL, who will also have an HDM certification. Our HDM and Tier 1 OL will be responsible for overseeing the quality of all SRs; training, assessing, and mentoring CSRs; and ensuring our team meets all technical SLAs. In corresponding roles to the HDM, we propose 2.5 ServiceNow System Administrators to manage, enhance, and provide training on SDDC’s instance of ServiceNow, as well as 2.5 Tier 2 staff to provide support for:

 

• Defense Personal Property System (DPS) includes the DPS/Transportation Operational Personal Property Standards System (TOPS) Module and DP3
• MilMove System for the Defense Personal Property Program Increment 4.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

DoD Secret clearance is required

Bachelors degree

Strong communications skills both written and oral

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)

Customer Service experience
