Project Manager - Corporate Office

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various projects within MidPlaza Holding. This role is responsible for coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed successfully and meet the defined objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Apply, implement project management processes and project schedule controls to ensure the project is executed properly
• Develop and manage the overall design to be developed for a project including construction procedures and program.
• Manage and communicate all design requests to the project team.
• Controlling the safety and applying zero accident working environment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Manage project documentation and ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Have experience in residential project/landed house.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Have ability to develop, manage project design, and budget controlling.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
