Project Manager (Construction/Building/Data Centre/Regional Project/MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
• Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Implement best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction or data center sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Willing to travel oversea within short notice
