Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create detailed work plans and timelines.
• Resource & Budget Management: Estimate required resources, allocate personnel, develop budgets, and monitor ongoing costs.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify potential bottlenecks (e.g., delays, budget constraints), develop risk mitigation plans, and implement necessary scope changes.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and direct project teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status reports, manage client expectations, and align deliverables with overarching business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate project performance, ensure deliverables meet industry standards, and conduct post-project reviews
