Project Manager

Star is a human capability development company headquartered in Riyadh. We design and deliver large-scale training programs, education strategies, government projects, and strategic events for some of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious institutions and organizations.

We are hiring Project Managers multiple openings to own workstreams and deliverables within Star's growing portfolio of government and corporate programs.

You will work alongside a Senior Project Manager with real responsibility for your piece of the program. You are expected to manage your workstreams, handle day-to-day coordination with clients and subcontractors, and bring issues to the surface before they become problems. This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions.

What you will be doing:

• Owning specific workstreams within large government and corporate programs
• Managing day-to-day delivery with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
• Building and maintaining project trackers, status reports, and communication logs
• Flagging risks and issues proactively before they escalate
• Supporting senior PM with governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Using AI tools actively to improve efficiency, documentation, and output quality

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in project management or structured program delivery
• Experience on government, corporate, or institutional programs is preferred
• Clear and confident communicator — in writing, in meetings, and on client calls
• Structured thinker: you define what "done" looks like before you start
• Active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar — this is non-negotiable
• Self-starter with real ownership — you describe what you personally built, not what the team did
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
